A complete Everfit platform build for a personal trainer ready to turn her knowledge, coaching and training style into a professional online fitness experience.

This project was more than a website.

It included the setup of Jai’s Everfit marketplace account, the structure of her coaching offers, the creation of a full exercise library and the filming, editing and uploading of over 300 exercise demonstrations with written instructions.

Jai had the experience, the training knowledge and the client transformation approach. What she needed was a professional digital platform that could package that knowledge clearly and make it easier for clients to access her coaching, programs, exercise demonstrations and support.


South Star Designs helped turn the business into a structured online fitness experience inside Everfit - from offer layout and marketplace setup through to exercise content, video uploads and client-facing presentation.

From Concept To Platform

Sculpted by Stone did not need a website refresh. It needed a complete digital coaching foundation built from scratch.

Jai had the experience, the coaching knowledge and the vision for where the business could go.

What she needed was the structure behind it - a professional Everfit marketplace, clear coaching offers, a complete exercise library and a system that could support clients beyond one-to-one sessions.

This project turned the idea of an online coaching business into a platform ready to educate, support and scale.

But there was no complete online platform, no finished marketplace presence and no structured exercise library ready for client delivery.

We created the foundation inside Everfit, including the marketplace account, coaching offer structure, membership pathways, exercise categories and client-facing platform layout.

Over 300 exercises were filmed, edited, uploaded and supported with written instructions so the content could be used across programs, memberships and client plans.

Sculpted by Stone needed a digital coaching platform, not just an online brochure. The platform had to support offers, programs, exercise demonstrations, client education and ongoing coaching delivery.

With over 300 exercises being filmed, edited and uploaded, the content needed to be organised clearly so it could be used inside programs, memberships and client coaching.

Everfit Marketplace Setup.

The marketplace account was set up to give Sculpted by Stone a professional client-facing presence inside Everfit.

This created a central place for visitors to learn about Jai, view available offers and understand how to start working with her.

Coaching Offer Structure.

The platform was organised around clear service pathways so clients could choose the level of support that best suited them.

This included on-demand training options, wellness-based membership access, online coaching and competition-focused coaching support.

Exercise Library Creation.

A major part of the project was building the exercise content library. Over 300 exercises were filmed, edited and uploaded, giving Jai a strong foundation of demonstrations that could be used across programs, memberships and client plans.

Each exercise was supported with written instructions to help clients understand correct setup, movement execution and training intent.

The content was organised so it could be used practically inside Everfit, rather than existing as a large, messy library of videos.
